Furnipark is a brand owned and operated by SRI VARI PANEL CRAFT, a registered business in India. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on our website.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, email us at info.furnipark@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • You may request a return after delivery as per the return policy below.

2. Return Policy

Return Window

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification (mandatory for damage claims)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or assembled items
  • Minor color or texture variations (due to lighting or natural materials)
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Images/videos of the product
    • Description of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refund method:
    • Prepaid orders → Original payment method
    • COD orders → Bank transfer (details required)

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Installation or handling fees (if applicable)

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for eligible cases only
  • Subject to product availability
  • Processed after product inspection

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is subject to availability based on your location
  • If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to us
