- Scratches , rips etc.
- Negligence , unauthorised usage.
- Continuous contact with water.
- Shifting the furniture without dismantling it.
- Furniture directly exposed to the sunlight.
- Note: The company has the right to decide whether the furniture needs to be replaced only with the defective part or the entire product has to be replaced.
