• Negligence , unauthorised usage.
• Continuous contact with water.
• Shifting the furniture without dismantling it.
• Furniture directly exposed to the sunlight.
• Note: The company has the right to decide whether the furniture needs to be replaced only with the defective part or the entire product has to be replaced.
